Brian co-founded L.C. KIRK & CO in 1999, along with his father B. Anthony Kirk Sr. With over twenty-five years of financial services executive recruiting experience, Brian brings a unique insight into both sourcing talent and building distribution teams.
For over two decades, Brian has partnered with billionaire investors and key executives at Fortune 500 asset management companies, placing sales talent that has led to billions of dollars in capital raised. Since 2015, Brian has authored multiple white papers related to industry compensation and distribution analytics that have been used by leading firms.
Brian has successfully completed searches at all levels of advisory distribution including presidents of distribution, national sales managers, national account managers, wholesalers, etc. Brian is a graduate of the University of Missouri.

Since joining the firm, Tracy has been instrumental in the placement of sales executives for several leading asset managers and alternative investment sponsors. With a diverse background that encompasses acting, motherhood, and a successful stint with Wolfgang Puck, Tracy brings a unique perspective and a wealth of experience to her recruitment strategies.

Gia has led L.C. KIRK & CO’s research efforts since 2019. Gia’s responsibilities and daily activities are focused solely on consistently researching and gathering data to identify sales talent. Gia plays an intricate role in giving the firm the intel and data necessary to create a competitive advantage for our recruiters and clients.
Gia has a background in merchandising and sales for a leading animal health pharmaceutical firm, Merial. Gia is a graduate of Florida State University.
