Brian co-founded L.C. KIRK & CO in 1999, along with his father B. Anthony Kirk Sr. With over twenty-five years of financial services executive recruiting experience, Brian brings a unique insight into both sourcing talent and building distribution teams.
For over two decades, Brian has partnered with billionaire investors and key executives at Fortune 500 asset management companies, placing sales talent that has led to billions of dollars in capital raised. Since 2015, Brian has authored multiple white papers related to industry compensation and distribution analytics that have been used by leading firms.
Brian has successfully completed searches at all levels of advisory distribution including presidents of distribution, national sales managers, national account managers, wholesalers, etc. Brian is a graduate of the University of Missouri.

Chris McTammany

Chris McTammany is the CEO of McTammany Partners and focuses on long-short mandates having placed hedge fund portfolio managers and analysts that are currently overseeing billions of dollars within leading global hedge funds, as well as individuals at smaller emerging managers and family offices.
Before launching McTammany Partners, Chris was one of the founding members of CB Global Search in 2006, where he individually built and ran CB's extremely profitable buy-side division. Chris graduated from Boston College in 2000 and played on the golf team for a year. In 2001 he joined The Golf Channel as an assistant on Golf Central. From there he went on to work at a family office in Southern California as the apprentice to the CEO for 3 years, before turning his full attention toward financial recruiting. Additionally, Chris has his Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Gia has led L.C. KIRK & CO’s research efforts since 2019. Gia’s responsibilities and daily activities are focused solely on consistently researching and gathering data to identify sales talent. Gia plays an intricate role in giving the firm the intel and data necessary to create a competitive advantage for our recruiters and clients.
Gia has a background in merchandising and sales for a leading animal health pharmaceutical firm, Merial. Gia is a graduate of Florida State University.

Rush Kirk
Marketing
Rush has led L.C. KIRK & CO.’s marketing efforts since 2022. Rush plays an intricate role in disseminating the firm's research to the investment community.
